This place suits me perfectly! With excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre, I have everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. Highly recommend it. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The large room offered a comfortable stay while the breakfast was exceptional, thanks to an incredibly attentive hostess. Cleanup seemed a priority, as the cleanliness level was impressive. However, some noise from nearby guests disrupted the peace, and access to certain amenities could be challenging at peak times.

However, the jacuzzi in our suite was unfortunately broken, which was disappointing. Overall, the price was reasonable for what we received.

We had an enjoyable time exploring Sault Ste. Marie, especially the scenic Agawa Canyon Train Tour. The hotel felt welcoming, and our kids loved the spacious pool area. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering plenty of tasty options.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could really use a deep clean.

The Queen Room I stayed in was super spacious and had a lovely sofa bed, perfect for lounging after a long day. Breakfast was a good surprise with a variety that included waffles and a fantastic sausage gravy. Plus, having a 24-hour pool is a game changer. I swam late at night and it was bliss!
